W - Worst Habit? sleeping in...I do love my sleep...and it is so easy when your only child sleeps in as well.
X- X-Ray or Ultrasound? Ultrasound. I loved seeing Rose. And since we had complications they used that 3D machine, talk about an awesome sight.

Good Book

Okay this is another book I just read. It is based on Ephesians 5:33 "Each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband." ...notice the words 'must'. She needs love; he needs respect.

I will admit I was having a hard time relating to this book....he gave examples of arguments and miscommunication. And I thought who talks to their spouse like that? I would be devastated if Chad said that or acted like that.....and I would never want to verbally destroy Chad like that! But then I realized that 1 out of 2 couples get divorced...even Christian couples....so this must be how A LOT of people talk to each other. So I kept reading. Most things in this book we already have implemented in our marriage but it is great to have it in the forefront of my mind and reinforce some things. Another thing I like about this book, is that it is for men AND women.
If you ever argue with your spouse. Or don't always understand them. Or want steps to improve your relationship. I recommend this book.

This book has been taught as class at our church, but we were unable to attend the classes. I have heard many people talk about how it has helped them and their relationships.

1st day of Kindergarten

Today was our FIRST day of 4 year old Kindergarten!! We are using the A Beka Curriculum. Oh, it was so fun to do this with Rose and Andrew.And here is a little clip from class:

Preschool Choir

Okay, I know this not the best picture....but I had to show you Rose and Andrew at their performance.It was a Picnic in the gym and the 3 yrs old performed "truth trail", the 4 yr olds were dressed up like bumble bees and the 5 yr olds were ladybugs for their performance.

Clara...

Clara is Rose's friend. I babysat Clara when we lived in KY. Clara spent the night with us while we were in KY last week.

A week at Kristie's

I helped Kristie with some projects around her house. Rose got to spend a lot of time outside playing!! Which is great, because we don't have a yard here. She loved jumping on the trampoline. Kyle's 14th birthday party was while we we up there. Mom came over every day!! Jenifer and her family came over Friday and Saturday.
