Little Update
I just wanted to give a little update from my wreck. First of all, I am so thankful Rose was not in the van and secondly that there was no major injury. We received a call from the garage and was told the estimate for repairs is going to be twice the amount and take the whole month to repair instead of a week or two. Sad, yes but still ....we can deal pretty easily. I am thankful we have insurance. And I am very grateful for no major injury although I do want to mention I am just so super sore!! I am in pain all day and night. Not a severe, let's go to the hospital pain....just a constant nagging soreness pain, which covers my body but is more intense in my lower and mid back and neck.
Annoyed that this happen....Yes. Anything we won't be able to rearrange our lives for and deal with....No.
And very thankful it wasn't worse!! I see a lot crazy things going on in people's lives and I feel so grateful!! I feel very fortunate that this wreck and pain is the worst thing that has happened to me in a while, it REALLY shows how blessed I am!!

Puppet Show
This was the world's greatest puppet show, b/c it was preformed by my two favorite people in the world......Rose and her Daddy. They had a blast. It was cute.
I also want to bring attention to the theater they are using...this was the BEST Christmas present Rose received this past year. Sara (from Fargo, ND) MADE this for Rose!! Isn't it sooo Cool!!! It fits right in a door frame....it really is the coolest thing ever!! She is quite the talented seamstress (she teaches textiles and sewing at NDSU)

Daddy is on Spring Break
This week Chad is on Spring Break, so we were hoping to spend time together as a family and do stuff around Atlanta. (And he is only going to go into work on Tuesday!!)
On Monday we were going to go to the zoo, but had to do stuff with the van and get a rental car, ya know, that kind of stuff you have to to take care of after a wreck. But we were able to fit in some fun time at the park!

Enjoy our day
Even though I was in a hit and run accident, we still were able to enjoy our day. We had a fun time at Stone Mountain Park. It was a wonderful 70 degrees!
It is so fun to watch Rose play and explore. She had fun finding little puddles and throwing rocks in them and finding pine cones, etc. She called us "Explores" and we said that she was our "Head Explorer" as she lead us around, on top of the mountain.
We also enjoyed a train ride around the mountain. Then a wonderful dinner out.
It was a fabulous day!
Hit and Run
Yes, I was involved in another accident yesterday. As a driver, I have never been in a car accident...that is until I moved to Atlanta. You may remember the wreck last summer, that the police officer called a fender bender, but ended up totaling my van. We went a couple weeks without a vehicle then found our wonderful current van. I loved my old van and love our newer van even more! Anyways, yesterday we went to church together came home ate some lunch then I went to pick up my unsold items from a consignment sale that I did over the weekend. Which means I was in the van alone, thank goodnesses...it is very rare that I am without Rose. I was less than a block from returning home. This white van, Hispanic male driver, with the out of state license plate number of AS65374, runs right into the side of my van then takes off in the opposite direction! My first response was ...'I can't believe that I am in another wreck!' then 'oh my goodness that guy just kept going'. Luckily, three different vehicles stopped to give a description of him and his license plate number. I was not injured. Last night I felt sore all over, but when Jody (Andrew's mom) gets back into town I will ask for an adjustment on my back and neck, plus I will use my gift certificate for a body massage and those should help. The impact damaged the passenger front and sliding door. The cop that came to the scene didn't even get out of his car, which I thought was odd. Anyways, I was much more calm after this wreck than my first wreck. And I am thankful that Rose was not in the van with me. After returning home, we were able to still go to Stone Mountain that afternoon as planned.
