Rose today

We went to a couples trivia night at church and Rose got to play with the kids. The cup picture is before we went...she is posing for me. And the one with the balloons is afterwards at church.

Rose dancing to the credits

Tonight we had our movie - pizza night before hitting the pool. And at the end of the movie...Rose always does her 'credits dance'.....since she was one and could walk she has been doing her credits dance. She even does it at the theater. We move up to the front and she has a stage -like area to do her dance. It is always too cute. Tonight we had to play through the credits twice for her. This video was shot during the second credit run.

Wednesday's Field Trip...

We went to Zoo Atlanta to celebrate the baby panda's, Mei lan's, 1st birthday. The kids had a lot of fun. They watched Mei Lan and her mommy for a long time. Rose was even interacting with the panda care taker asking questions etc. It made her seem too grown up. We also got to see the baby gorillas (and adult gorillas). Rose and Andrew giggled over things the gorillas would do. All 3 (Rose, Andrew, and Tyler) seemed to really enjoy the Reptile House. It was a very fun field trip.
Then we went to church. We had supper at church and played on the playground. Rose and Andrew started their class: Mission Friends and Preschool Choir. Tyler had Middle School Choir and then Frenzy. Next week I will start going to Mom's club....This week I wanted to keep a spy eye on the kids and make sure everything was okay ;)

Labor Day Weekend

We had a good and productive weekend. Friday and Saturday was spent van hunting. A 2004 Freestar Limited is what we ended up with. It is quite nice. I really really like it :) It is similar to our previous van just newer, nicer, and more upgrades!! ...so that worked out nicely!

It was nice to be back in church in on Sunday!! After church we went out to lunch then made free Strawberry Short Cakes at Trader Joe's. yum. The evening was spent at the pool.

On Monday we spent part of the day cleaning...doing a major 'fall cleaning' then we went to friends house for a grill out/birthday get together for the mom I work for. It was a very pleasant weekend.
