Chad has his two classmates that started the PhD program the same semester he did, over for a super bowl get together. Ben is from (French-speaking) Canada and Radu and his wife Christina are from Romania.
We put my sewing table in livingroom for an instant buffet table. And I made a get to know ya better game that is played during the whole time they here. I ask a question like "How many of us have ever fell asleep in class?" Then we write down how many of us we think have. Then we raise our hands if you have. If you guess it exactly right you get a little football to put in your baggie. The person with the most footballs at the end of the night wins! And each question should start a discussion.
