For some smooth uncrowded interstate driving - North Dakota is the winner!
We stopped in Fargo to visit friends over a long lunch.
Sara is always so kind and generous. She made these adorable activity bags for the kids.
They were a huge hit.
Thanks to a tip from the Sunderlins, we were able to have supper in this surprisingly awesome truck stop in Minnesota. The cafe and bakery were excellent.
Chad didn't get to enjoy it with me and the kids because he was out changing then repairing a flat tire. (but so thankful that we had a nice place to hang out while he was getting that done)
Tonight we stayed in Minnesota close to the The Mall of America. But due to the tire delay, we did arrive at the hotel too late to enjoy the pool.
